Power Bounce is an extra fast, high energy, fun, low-impact workout performed on a mini trampoline. This class only last 30 minutes so will be more intense than the other 45 minute Bounce classes. Bounce is great for fat burning, stress relief, increased cardiovascular and aerobic fitness and all body toning. Its also great for training the pelvic floor muscles and burning calories.
