If you do not wish to be seen in any online exercise classes, please inform the class instructor before the commencement of the class.
If your personal details change, please help us to keep your information up to date by updating a member of staff or by notifying us at flexgymsltd@gmail.com. Debit, Credit and Bank account changes can be changed by calling the gym on 01183271250.
